What is the day to day like at M&S Delivery, Inc?

We are a Federal Express Corporation Contractor. What that means is we are strictly delivering from FedEx terminals or FedEx customer terminals. The work is no touch freight, Drop & hook. All our work is done locally, and typically occurs within a 200 mile or less radius of your home terminal. Most shifts are around 10.5-11.5 hours.
What should I expect the trucks to be like?

The environment that you will be working in is well maintained and cleaned trucks. We have mechanics at every hub ready to repair the truck if there is a defect. All of our trucks are automatic 2018 or newer Cascadia’s. We do not permit additional riders or pets in our trucks.
What does the hiring process look like?

We start with an interview, it is very casual and we focus on getting to know the applicant to see if they are a good fit for our company. We then send applicants an application in First Advantage, this application usually takes 3-5 business days to process, and will include:
Experience verification (1 year in the last 3 years; or 5 in the last 10 years.)
Background screening
Drug screening
FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Consent
Road Test
Hiring paperwork
Do you provide training?

We provide 4-5 days of paid training, depending on the driver and their experience level. We require a doubles endorsement, so a lot of the training will be focused there.
